Biography

 I was born and raised in metro-Detroit, went to Michigan State University for undergrad and Wayne State University for medical school. I like to spend my time enjoying the many restaurants in and around Detroit, going to the gym, playing with my cat, and traveling. My decision to pursue a career in psychiatry was cemented during my college years when I worked in a group home for men dealing with various mental illnesses. This experience deepened my fascination with the complexities of psychiatric disorders and allowed me to witness firsthand the profound impact of psychiatric care. My passion for psychiatry is driven by an unwavering dedication to unravel the complexities of the human mind, to provide compassionate support, and to catalyze meaningful, positive changes in the lives of those wrestling with mental health issues.
